1. Who we are
wall1k (the "Wall", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Oleksii Radetskyi, a self-employed professional (autónomo) established in Spain. Contact: wall@wall1k.com.
2. What we offer
wall1k is a website featuring a fixed 1,000-tile wall (the "Wall"). Anyone can submit an app, product, or website (a "Submission") for a tile (a "Spot") by providing a name, URL, optional tagline, icon, and email address. There are three ways to get a Spot:
- Founding (free): the first 50 Spot-tier submissions are free of charge, while the Founding quota lasts.
- Spot ($10, one-time): a standard tile.
- Featured ($100, one-time): a larger tile, offered once the Founding quota is exhausted.
There is no subscription and no recurring charge — each Spot is a single one-time transaction (or, for Founding, no transaction at all).
3. Moderation
Every Submission is reviewed before it appears on the Wall. We may reject a Submission at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: illegal content, adult or explicit content, malware or deceptive software, impersonation or trademark infringement, spam, or content otherwise unsuitable for the Wall. A rejected paid Submission is refunded in full — see our Refund Policy.
4. Placement & position
Positions on the Wall are assigned sequentially, in the order Submissions are approved — not chosen by the submitter and not reserved at the time of submission or payment. Placement lasts for as long as the Wall remains live at wall1k.com. We don't guarantee the Wall will run indefinitely; if we discontinue it, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify Spot owners by email in advance.
5. No SEO value; nofollow
Links from the Wall and from Spot pages carry rel="sponsored nofollow". You are purchasing a listing and a share card — not a search-engine backlink. We make no representation about search ranking or referral traffic.
6. Your content and warranties
By submitting, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use the name, URL, tagline, and icon you submit, and that they don't infringe any third party's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display this content on the Wall, on your Spot page (wall1k.com/app/{slug}), and in auto-generated share cards, for as long as your Spot is active.
7. Payments
All payments are processed by Creem, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Creem, not wall1k, is the seller of record for your purchase, issues receipts and invoices, and handles VAT/sales tax where applicable. Your payment relationship — billing disputes, card or bank matters — is with Creem; content and moderation decisions are with us.

9. Acceptable use
You may not use wall1k to submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringing, or that misrepresents an app's ownership or existence. We may remove any Spot at any time if we discover it violates these Terms, without further obligation beyond any refund due under our Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimer & liability
The Wall is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of wall1k, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence).
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence that can't be waived by contract. Disputes are subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence, and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of wall1k after a change constitutes acceptance.
